A rich blend of all natural dried vegetables, 100% semolina pasta shells, and all natural mouth-watering seasonings makes this Italian mainstay a thick and substantial soup. Makes approximately 6 (1 cup) servings.
What you will need:
- 5 Cups Water
- 1 Can (14.5 oz.) Diced Tomatoes
- Parmesan Cheese (optional)
Preparation:
- Bring 5 cups of water in soup pot to a boil and stir in the contents of the soup package to the pot.
- Reduce heat to simmer. cover and cook for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, add the diced tomatoes to the pot.
- Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer, cover, and cook an additional 10 minutes.
- Serve warm and sprinkle Parmesan Cheese.
- Serve with your favorite green salad and fresh baguette.
Ingredients: Dried navy beans, enriched macaroni product (Semolina flour), dehydrated vegetables, (onion, red bell pepper, carrot, and celery), vegetables (onion, garlic, and parsley), sugar, turmeric, oregano, black pepper, basil, thyme, and canola oil.
